(More customer reviews)I thought it might be a little smaller because it says "Small", but it was still too big for my scottie pup's mouth. So instead we put a rawhide through the center (there are holes on top and bottom) and create a new chew toy! Plus that way he has extra leverage for holding up his rawhide. Works out great!
