(More customer reviews)This is the cutest little rain coat ever. It is very well made and the lining makes it comfortable for my little one. The middle belt that is supposed to hold it on is way too long but I can loop it inside itself and it works fine. I will be adding a small piece of velcro higher up on the coat and that will easily take care of that. My Lacey weighs 20 pounds and I bought the medium. After seeing the way the medium fits a small would not have worked at all. But it is easy to get on and off and keeps her dry in the hardest rains. All in all, if you want to keep your little friend dry THIS IS IT !!!!
