(More customer reviews)Yes, it is a floating platform that will adjust to the water level. I orginally thought it was just a platform. Product is as descriped and delivered timely. Good price and I would reccomend Seller and product. I haven't seen our turtle use it much so I'm not sure if he likes it or not. Just because I think it is cool the turtle might not agree. Time will tell.
