(More customer reviews)When we were told that our pet Schnauzer may be going into the beginning stages of Cushings, according to his bloodwork, we were crushed. The Vet at first wanted to put him through a battery of test, which were very expensive. My husband and I took him to see another vet for a 2nd opinion, and discussed whether to put him through the test or just make him comfortable until the end. The life expectation for Cushing is 2 yrs, with or without treatment. She recommended trying S Adenosyl 225. That has been 2 months ago, and he is doing great!! We have not taken him back for bloodwork to see if his levels are down, but he has really perked up and we feel that he is feeling much better. We give him one per night. I would recommend this alternative treatment.
