(More customer reviews)I got this on the advice of my daughter who said it is better for a dogs digestion to eat at an elevated level. This was the only one I saw that also offered storage of the dog food along with the elevated bowls. I'm very pleased with the storage it holds a 30 lb bag of dog food. It has a gasket around the top - so the food is kept in an airtight container and no bugs can get in. The bowls are a little smaller than I expected - but big enough to hold my dog Luke's food (he's a 60 lb lab mix). He seems to like eating and drinking at his new 'level' . It did take him a little while to get used to having his food off the floor - but he's used to it now. I would recommend this product - it solves the dog food storage problem , elevates the food to a good height for my dog and is easy to keep clean.

(More customer reviews)Reliably interesting toy that doesn't smell too bad. Absolutely no digestive effects that I can see, and it lasts much, much longer than an ear. It's a little more durable than a hoof and has the advantage of not smelling like old manure as the dog chews it, no doubt the reason my puppy is more enthusiastic about his revolting hooves.
The first was lasting well until the 13 year old lab mix, a.k.a. Jaws, got hold of it and consumed it apparently because she thought the puppy was enjoying it too much. The bonus was that it cleaned up her teeth a lot. In her youth, she could destroy anything and all her toys had names like Rugged, Indestructo, Mega-Tuff, etc., so I would still rate this as a fairly lasting chew toy. The second is three months old and while it's only a stub, it's still around and being chewed every day.
If your chewer has separation anxiety, go for cow ears, stuffed Kongs, or a bully stick. They'll last long enough for the dog to forget he was upset that you left, and they are more enticing than an antler, which is really for leaving around the house to chomp on when the urge strikes. Avoid hooves unless they're only for outdoors, and stay away from pig ears unless your dog has the stomach of a goat, because the grease will give most dogs the runs.

(More customer reviews)My dogs never had a negative reaction to Advantix in 5 years. It is very effective at controlling fleas and ticks and not nearly as smelly as other products. BUT... all medications, for people or pets, can be dangerous. Buy the medications specific to your situation, use the medications exactly as directed, don't mix meds, and the first time you use any chemical product watch for signs of distress, especially in pets and children who don't easily communicate discomfort. With those considerations, I think you can use this product with confidence.
The pet owner whose animal had a bad reaction to Advantix and left the negative review is understandably upset, but remember, NO CHEMICAL PRODUCT is without it's risks.. none is 100% safe. Every time I have come to this page and see that review, I want to mention that I am very satisfied with this product. So now I've done it. :-)

(More customer reviews)We are using this syringe to give our cat insulin shots. I have never had a needle come out of the syringe; I don't have any problems with bubbles and the needle is very fine so my cat doesn't even flinch when she gets her insulin shot.
I like the convenience of discarding the used syringes back into the container, too.
The syringes are packaged 10 to a plastic bag; there are 10 bags in each unit. The new syringes are conveniently stored in their bag in the slot at the bottom of the container. Just pull one out when you need one. Each syringe is to be used once & is discarded into the top of the container; just turn the dial & syringe falls back into the container. There's enough room in the container for 100 used syringes.
These syringes come packaged in different sizes. The blue label is medium dose 1/2cc; the green label is high dose 1cc. The measuring increments are closer together on the high dose syringe.

(More customer reviews)I am using this on my reef tank for my lighting. As mentioned previously there are 2 day receptacles and 2 night receptacles. The timer alternates between the two ( one on ,one off). There are also 4 continuous power receptacles.I did not find the timer hard to program. There is a small replaceable battery in the back of the unit used for keeping the timer accurate if power is lost.
My only complain as with most power strips is that they allow only enough space between the receptacles for a common
plug and not a/c converters.
As to the one review about the timer not working. I had mine fail after about 3 weeks. However I simply called the
customer service number given on the instructions. They acknowledged that occasionally a unit has these problems and they sent me a whole new unit free of charge. No complaints here. The warranty is 12 months.

For an average cat weighing seven to 12 pounds, somewhere between 1 1/2 to 3 teaspoons of tea tree oil would be lethal. Because of this cats should never be treated with anything more than one to five drops of tea tree oil per teaspoon of carrier oil. The same thing applies to small, and some medium-sized dogs.
Another reason to avoid using tea tree oil on small animals is that they tend to lick themselves and end up ingesting the oil.
Most of the cat deaths from tea tree oil come from people using tea tree flea & tick treatments which are applied to the entire body of the cat. This product is applied only in the ear. Nonetheless, given the extreme toxicity of tea tree oil to cats, I would be very cautious. Is the ear wash so essential that it is worth risking your cat's life? Perhaps try another product first.

The standard over processed stuff you find in the stores, even the higher end "natural" brands don't even come close to this. This food is nothing but the real deal. When you put the water into it, it actually smells like the items in it. There is no need for extra oils etc. I have four dogs who start barking as soon as the water goes into it and it soaks. They can't wait to eat now! I am going to try all the various flavors. It took about three weeks for their systems to adjust but now they seem totally fine and have no issues. If you get worried about their stools, just wait. You need to introduce this food gradually and you will be rewarded with dogs that seem to have a lot more energy.

They also love this food and the ingredients are very good for them. I've started feeding them grain free foods for the past year or so since one of the dogs has bad allergies. But most grain free foods contain white potatoes which are very high carbohydrate. The allergic dog can tend to overweight so I also try to limit her carbohydrate intake. Zeal is one of the lowest carbohydrate foods HK makes. The food is very easy to re-hydrate. Just add equal amounts of food and water, stir, and wait 5-10 minutes. That 5-10 minutes is sheer torture for my dogs as they sit at the base of the cabinet and stare up at their bowls.

(More customer reviews)I bought this for my cat who can get mats and hates being brushed. He will bite you if you try to brush him. I used the muzzle so I can get a scissors and cut mats off. The muzzle usually works long enought to get one off (about 5 minutes) after that he usually figures out how to get the velcro loose. If you have a short term use like I describe it will be fine. You can get longer use of the muzzle for grooming if you have an assistant to talk to and gently restrain the cat. With help it stays on 10 minutes. I try not to pursue grooming any longer than that anyway it stresses the cat out.

I'm only putting down this review because it works not only with my dog but my mom's friend's as well. My dog has serious allergies and it seems like anything will get her to lose hair. However, when she is not being allergic (yes, sometimes she actually is normal), this stops her from shedding. My mom's friend's dog is very healthy except for constant shedding. Since his hair is black and their carpet is white they had to vacuum pretty often. After they tried this (we gave them two bottles) they were relieved of vacuuming every other day. They too swear by it now. And for the skeptic, three different vets I went to for my dog's allergies said this is a good thing. I do however wonder, how did dogs live without supplements in the old days?
