I really smoothes her skin, I can tell she feels a lot better after using it, and other conditioners don't do that for her. Plus it smells heavenly and makes her fur shiny. I actually use it myself when we shower together, it makes my hair really shiny and smooth. It's a 6-1 concentrate so it's an excellent deal.
