(More customer reviews)I thought it was a good product from the picture, but the assembly "without tools" was cumbersome and not very precise on the corners. Also, the velcro couldn't hold that much and must of the time my 30 lb dog was half way on the floor. My dog started chewing on it and that was the end, I presume he didn't like it either. Also the shipment took forever.
