(More customer reviews)I would recommend, with the caveat that only even-tempered people should use these on dogs. (Ok, only even-tempered people should _own_ dogs...) It is a very effective method of instant punishment, but punishment is only effective if coupled with praise and reward for good behavior.
That said, the product doesn't use too much current and the vibrate feature is very humane. Buy a pair of rechargable AAA batteries, since the collar drains them any time the dog is wearing the collar (whether or not it has been discharged).
