(More customer reviews)I kind of bought this out of curiosity because I don't have a naturalistic terrarium, I have a reptibreeze, but since it is the same company I thought I could make it work. NO! I have to send it back. Also, I have a water dragon and it says on the packaging that you don't want to use this with any climbers. Pretending it did fit for my enclosure, I would return it anyways. The bar is plastic and not very durable. It only comes with one fixture, You have to buy the other two separate. In hindsight, I love the look of it, but it seems kind of dangerous afterall.
If you have a naturalistic enclosure and a non climing reptile, make sure you get the extra fixtures so you can mount your three bulbs instead of just one. Also, you will have to dissasemble the top if your terrarium to affix this light bar.

Bulbs are made in Germany and seem to emit the UV spectrum as advertised; A UV sensitive bead my child brought home from school indicated this. A similar bulb, bought from a big-box pet store did not emit UV waves, despite the packaging saying it did.

Advantage Topical Flea Treatment for Dogs Review

(More customer reviews)We have three dogs & two cats & occasionally a few hundred if not thousand fleas. We use different doses to cover the whole herd.
We used Advantage when we lived in TX & it worked great. Then we moved to MO, got a new vet who sold Frontline in bulk & gave one free when you bought four. He would just fill syringes with a prescribed amout & put those in a medicine bottle. We thought, sure, whats the difference & went on as usual.
The frontline is a good product & we couldnt really tell any difference so we just didnt think anymore about it.
But after a few months one of our dogs started to have allergic reactions to fleas.
For reasons I wont go into here, we switched Vets. Our new Vet didnt sell Frontline in bulk so we purchased the Advantage from her that came directly from the maker, Bayer.
Wow, what a difference! I put in on the whole crew at 8 am & by noon the scratching & biting was almost non existent. I did a search for fleas & the ones I did find were either dead or moving so slowly they were easy to catch & kill. Two days later we have no fleas.
Now I should add two things here.
First, I also treated my lawn with a 10 lb bag of flea, tick & ant killer which Im sure helped. At least as far as re-infestation is concerned.
Second, I suspect that the bulk Frontline that I was purchasing may have been weakened by age or the way it was stored by the Vet & transferred to me in syringes. So I would suggest that anyone thinking about purchasing in this way, think again.
Lastly, my wife & I are considering using Advantage & Frontline both. Possibly switching them every other month in hopes of keeping the little buggers from developing resistance. I dont know if that will help but it couldnt hurt.

After a year and a half (almost constantly on for my two cats sleeping area) the wire that enters the ceramic head of the clamp lamp burned inside and melted the plastic a bit so there was a short. The lamp clamp stopped working since the wire inside were corroded with the screws and as a result,no longer connected.

Also, It allows the water for the frogs to not go stale. The two biggest problems I have with it are the sub-par pump that inevitably burns out or needs to be constantly cleaned to keep operating, and the hose that connects the pump to the waterfall doesn't seal in place, so leakage is always an issue.

I'm just impressed as hell with how it looks in my terrarium. It's made to fit zoomed brand terrarium but can very easily be cut to fit anything. You could even use it as just part of your background or set up if you have other ideas of things you want to add.
Friends who aren't even in to animals and terrariums have been blown away when they come over the house and see it. And the cost is really cheap for something that adds such impact to a set up!

(More customer reviews)After following the instructions exactly, I turned on the pump and had a nice waterfall. But only for a few minutes. Then the water flow slowed to a trickle as the pump clogged with fine debris that had filtered down into the water area. I redid the whole thing, and had the same problem. It's almost imposssible to keep the water reservoir perfectly clean, and if there's a tiny bit of debris, it quickly clogs the pump. Very frustrating. A waste of money and time.

I ordered this light over 1 month ago and just received my third light in the mail today. The previous two lights had been broken in a million pieces and the third one, low and behold, is again broken in a million pieces. You would think that a company that sell light bulbs would know how to ship them. All three times, the light has been wrapped in bubble wrap and then placed in a cardboard box without any additional padding-they never changed their packing method even with the second broken light. I am going to call later this evening to get my money back so I don't waste my cell phone minutes. I tried to call this afternoon and gave up after being on hold for 15 minutes without anyone answering the phone.
Ridiculous that they cannot ship a product intact and can't get it right after 3 times.
