(More customer reviews)I tried this product for my tortoise who couldn't open one eye. I kept trying it and nothing was working. I finally took him to the vet, and it turns out that he has the reptile version of pink eye and needs antibiodics. The reason I say I hate this stuff is that it gives reptile owners the idea that they can get away with not taking their tortoises to the vet, perhaps because of the expense. If you really love your pet, give him a fighting chance and take him to a professional. Don't try to put a bandaid on a broken leg.
