Even though the bottle was in a plastic bag, it had leaked through the bag. It took a while before I discovered why it leaked. The bottle had a large crack in it. About 1/8 of the contents of the bottle filled the bag and leaked into the box. It appears the bottle had the crack before it was shipped because the box did not show any signs of having been crushed or anything. I haven't used it yet, since it just arrived. I would send it back but with the damaged bottle, there would just be more leaking and it might damage something else. Fortunately, I was able to rinse the rest of the contents off and there was no damage. The crack is not very noticeable with the bottle being in the bag. I can see why it was missed. I am just glad I did not have anything that would have been ruined. I hate returning products.
