(More customer reviews)I've spent thousands of dollars on my shih tzu's eyes (due to several eye injuries, common for this breed) so I am very careful about what I use on/near his eyes. Lid and Lash is great at removing debris, tear build up, gunk. The directions state to apply to area around the eye and wipe with a pad, however, I find it more effective if I let it sit for about 15 minutes and then use a flea comb to comb out the debris. Works wonderfully and is safe!
