(More customer reviews)i ordered a medium and it was PERFECT for my Jack Russell. He's BIG for his breed (between 20-25lbs)the only thing i can say that i didnt care for was that some of the seams were bumpy and had to be worked out and couldnt be made totally smooth. The strap worked well, and my dog got used to it pretty quick, posed for great holiday pics. Overall I'm happy with this and would buy it again.
